R&D Senior Food Scientist Opening - Full-time / Part-time

Summary

This position is with a highly reputable company in the Green Bay area. This position is open because this company has grown so much in the past few years that they need another R&D Food Scientist to keep up with the growth. The person in this position will be under the direction of the Director of Research and Development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulation of recipes from bench to commercialization
• Work cross-functionally with all corporate divisions
• Ensure that projects be delivered on time
• Management of the R&D staff; including Food Scientists and Technicians

Qualifications

Must:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field
• 5+ years in the food industry
• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience in the Microsoft Office suite

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field
• 5+ years in the dairy industry
