Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized Administrative Assistant in Downtown St. PaulThis is for temp-to-hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As an Administrative Assistant you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing and maintaining new business tracking. Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant:

 

•Management & maintenance of New Business tracking for AE’s
•Promotion tracking and reporting• Meter reading tracking
•Training email address for supporting training programs
•Act as a liaison for Sales team with Human Resources, IT, Finance, Compensation and Marketing
•Tracking and facilitating new hire paperwork
•Collecting and gather information related to various sales programs
•Supervise new account setup between Central Services, Asset Leasing, and Field Sales
•Field Sales assistance & troubleshooting with corporate card issues
•Coordination of company and customer facing meetings.
•Lead person in providing administrative support to the Regional Sales Managers & Sales Development Managers.
•Provide support for Field Team
•Assist with Business transfers
•Telephone and office backup coverage
•Order Materials for new associates
•Assist with Salesforce.com leads
•General Reporting with scheduled communication timelines
•General office duties
•Ad hoc reports and duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

•High school diploma or equivalent
•3+ years administrative experience
•Ability to accurately type a minimum of 45 words per minute,
•Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
