Service Coordinator - Full-time

Home Instead Senior Care has an opening for a Service Coordinator. This is a high stress fast paced position. Analytical skills and puzzle solving will be helpful in this position. Service Coordinator will be responsible for  making  schedules covering all client shifts with the appropriate personnel. Must be able to comprehend vast quantities of information concerning clients and CAREGivers to be used in making the monthly schedules for both. Must be computer/internet savvy, have excellent phone etiquette, possess superior problem solving skills. This position also takes the phone on rotating basis on night and weekends for the purpose of solving any problem that may arise after hours.
