Surveyor - Full-time / Part-time

A nation-wide multi-site construction management firm specializing in new builds, re-brandings and expansions of major retail, banking, convenience stores, health care, government and restaurant roll-out programs across the US is actively looking to hire Interior Space Planners/Surveyors to join their team.

This position requires 50% travel. One week will be spent traveling to client sites to conducts surveys, with the following week spent drafting in AutoCAD. All mileage and travel expenses are covered by the employer.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting site surveys on interiors and exteriors of commercial/retail/restaurant locations
• Uploading data and pictures for each site and utilizing AutoCAD to complete any necessary modifications
• Completing red-line markups of areas and submitting modifications electronically
• Managing and coordinating travel and survey schedule arrangements with all required parties
