If you're friendly, able to multi-task, and have strong computer skills, then this is the job for you!

We're looking for an additional service/ installation coordinator to add to our exceptional customer service team.  

 

The job duties include, but are not limited to:

Scheduling repair and installation appointments for clients 

Interacting and communicating with the Operations Manager to assign appropriate technicians to jobs

Scheduling and monitoring of field personnel as well as answering incoming service calls and adjusting  technicians' schedules as required.

Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner -  maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and if needed, routing them to the proper staff 

Maintaining customer database with regard to general client information, warranty and maintenance agreements.

Informing customers of Quality Degree's services and maintenance agreement programs

Matching the type of service required with a technician's ability, zone location, and duration of call, to maximize productivity, profitability and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or its equivalent
Advanced customer service skills.

Advanced computer skills, including Office 365

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
