The Job:
Reporting to the Overseas Manager, you will coordinate a team of inspectors and auditors and ensure that service of the highest quality is being delivered to clients.

The Job:
Reporting to the Overseas Manager, you will coordinate a team of inspectors and auditors and ensure that service of the highest quality is being delivered to clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a network of 30 freelance part-time inspectors and auditors in the region: recruit inspectors, map resources and monitor inspector allocation.
- Manage their performance by providing training, assessments, etc. and create performance-tracking tools.
- Accountable for overall budget against expenses (travel expenses/freelancer allowances, etc).
- Supervise various back office operation processes such as samples, tools, and other logistical concerns.
- Communicate and follow up with customer's requests and claims in the region.
- Represent AI during meeting with customers and support sales development.
- Meetings with our customers to understand their expectations and convert it into operational procedures
- Ensure good relationship with all suppliers and factories where we inspect
- A relevant experience in International Trade with suppliers and customers present in North and South America and at least 2-3 years interacting with these countries.
- Exposure to the management of Freelance and Remote employees is a strong plus.
- Exposure to Quality Control Management is a strong plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with others, building contacts rapidly. Self starter and problem solver.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Either an Associate Degree (Business or Technical) with relevant experience or a Bachelor Degree
- Fluent Spanish and English.
