Basic Qualifications:

 

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience

 

Strong communication skills  - must be comfortable educating customers on the cool things DSW offers customers such as our DSW Rewards program and Buy Online Ship to Store or Home

 

Flexible with starting and stopping tasks in-between taking care of customers

 

Proficient in use of technology to manage customer transactions

 

Ability to work flexible schedule to include nights, weekends
