Customer Service Representative - Media and Technology

This requisition is to collect applications in anticipation of future and current hiring needs. As positions become available, qualified applicants will be contacted.

SYKES is looking for full-time Customer Services Representatives in Langhorne, PA to support our digital camera support division. You might have driven past our building near the Oxford Valley Mall on Town Center Drive and wondered what we do.

When customers call a support number because they need help with their digital cameras or software, they are actually calling SYKES. We help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving their issues! We provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies you deal with every day.

This is the right job for you if you’re able to:

Nice to have (but not required):
  • Bilingual (Span-Eng)
  • Customer service background
  • Understanding of a call center environment
  • Experience with technology, or better yet, digital cameras
