Healthcare Customer Service Representative: Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)

SYKES is looking for full-time Customer Services Representatives in Langhorne, PA to support our at home HIV testing support division. You might have driven past our building near the Oxford Valley Mall on Town Center Drive and wondered what we do.

When customers call a support number because they need help with their at home HIV testing kits, they are actually calling SYKES. We help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving their issues! We provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies you deal with every day.
