Essential Functions
-Follow effective methods, operations and procedures to run a profitable, successful bar.
-Actively participated in ongoing customer service programs to build sales and rapport in the community.
-Test new recipes
-Ensuring that beverages stocked, stored, and rotated properly
-Enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining supplies
-Preparing and serving wine, beer, spirits, and handcrafted specialty and classic cocktails to our Guests
-Preparing drink orders for servers on our dining teams
-Providing excellent service to our guests in accordance with our service standards
-Maintain positive rapport with all team members and consistently communicate effectively
- Ensuring a superior experience beyond our guests’ expectations
-Greet any and all guest and team members with a smile
-Perform any and all duties throughout the restaurant as requested, this includes serving tables in the dining area as needed, taking out trash, scrubbing floors, dishwashing, bussing tables, stock, and any other miscellaneous duties as needed

Qualifications
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-1-3yrs experience in a high volume full service restaurant
-Strong knowledge of specialty/craft cocktails, spirits and bottle wine service
-Polished and professional style with a passion for bartending and hospitality
-Demonstrated skilled beverage preparation knowledge, dexterity, leadership, and organization skills
-Ability to SMILE continuously and display a positive and professional demeanor in all situations
-Able to use touch-sensitive POS System
-Able to lift minimum of 25lbs
-Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time 6 hours+
-Must be able to willingly take direction, guidance, and positive criticism from any and/or all other team members and guest
-Able to effectively work in a fast paced, team oriented environment at lightning speed
-Dedicated to an all-hands-on-deck service environment
-Flexible schedule, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
-Must have reliable transportation
