Requirements:
- Previous experience with construction and repair is must!
- Managing crew members to perform necessary repairs for structural or moisture remediation.
- Must be able to operate power tools.
- must have a valid Driver's License and pass a DMV license check.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
