American Dream Home Improvement is looking to expand the Dream Team! ADHI is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are "closers" to join our Inside Claims Department at our Corporate Headquarters.
Our Inside Claims Department is responsible for negotiating and finalizing claims with various insurance companies. This is demonstrated by working as a liaison for our homeowners by speaking to their respective insurance company to reach a legitimate final agreement regarding work performed by ADHI.

Qualifications:
-Sales experience is a HUGE plus
-Ability to negotiate with various insurance companies over the phone
-Basic mathematical skills mandatory
