POSITION PURPOSE
Analysts are responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support Project management. Solves problems by considering courses of action within the framework of management s goals and standards. Completes all tasks in expected timeframes.
Assists with schedules/purchasing flow/meeting prep and follow-up/project timing and deliverables.
Assists with move planning and building moves.
Keep DC Master updated and current with any new changing information that will be reflected in next month s billing cycle (changes in monthly rent, rent abatement, square footage changes, expiration dates updated, adding new locations, indicating closed/closing locations, and a running list of pending items such as updated business licenses, utility issues, property taxes, random invoices, changes in CAM charges, etc.)
Follow up with ops managers to verify all upgrades/improvements that have been agreed upon between the property owner and IBI have I fact been performed/completed in a timely and efficient manner
Request/track security deposits for closed locations. Verify that the check gets sent back and/or applied to move out costs
Extract lease language indicating who is responsible for what repairs, maintenance and upgrades to help ops managers keep building operational and to help them stay in compliance with the lease
Request and distribute updated insurance certificates to property owners
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20%- Run 2 Reports: RRC Accuracy Report and the Weekly Flash Report
20%- Update with any changes and distribute the IBI Operations Organizational chart and Warehouse
20%- Distribution Center listings for the company including current list of all receiving managers
20%- Place all order forms for all DC s including VMI locations including business card orders
20%- Miscellaneous request/tasks from all ops managers
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to Director of Projects. Has no direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:Must have system knowledge and Microsoft familiarity: Outlook/Excel/Power Point/etc.
Business Communication: Writes, speaks, and presents clearly and succinctly
across a variety of communication settings and adjusts communication style to the
audience by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups.
Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to support multiple projects and/or Logistics business functions, possesses excellent communication skills, works well with a team, interacts with multiple levels and functions with the Logistics organization, and able to manage vendor/business relationships.
Excels in Customer Service: Thinks and acts with a customer perspective.'
Inspires Achievement: Excites associates about change, by explaining its benefits
and the business case.
Must be able to travel 5% of time for building moves and travel planning.
