Field Technician for Water Restoration Company - Full-time / Part-time

This is an evaluation to hire position. This person will work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The pay for this position is $13-15/hour + overtime + benefits. During the evaluation period, associates will have limited overtime. However, upon hire on with the company, OT is possible but emergency specific. You could work until 8pm if a customer calls. You would be on a rotating on-call schedule for the weekends.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401K and more after 60 days of being hired on with the company.

The Field Technician will be working on site at residential and commercial businesses and homes that have suffered from heavy water damage. You may work in an office space, home or apartment building that has suffered from water damage, fire damage, smoke damage or even sewer back-ups. They must be willing to do manual labor including heavy lifting, hauling items with a wheelbarrow, cleaning, sheetrock removal, carrying of furniture, etc. They should be prepared to work in all different types of environments and be willing to wear the personal protective equipment required.

Interested candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, work in damaged, dirty or wet environments and have some construction or heavy industrial experience! Candidate must also be presentable to customers. Forklift experience is a plus!
