Buckle Folder Operator
Direct Hire Position
Shift: 2nd Shift
Wage: BOE
Responsibilities:
The person in this position will be responsible for verifying job ticket specifications, proper setup and operation of four plate and six plate Buckle Folders, along with performing light maintenance. Proper machine operation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and attention to detail are key components to meeting productivity and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Self-Motivated
- Dependable
- Must have High Quality Standards
- Clear and precise communication skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience and demonstrated abilities to lead a small production team
