As a Sr. Manager / AGM for Pei Wei, you will:

Requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of previous restaurant manager as AGM or GM level + culinary education and/or back of house experience
- Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced environment with a passion for culinary operations
- Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financials
- Proficient with safety and sanitation guidelines/expectations
- Experience interviewing, hiring, and training hourly team members
Preferences:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
