Position summary:
To ensure all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.
Position responsibilities:
By strictly adhering to recipe guidelines, prepare menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons.
Ensure all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
Correctly ring all prepared menu items through the POS system.
Restock work station with food products as needed.
Follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
Follow proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
Adhere to Ecosure standards at all times.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
Complete and abide by all training requirements.
Ability to work as a team.
Perform any other duties, assignments and responsibilities as requested.
