JOB SUMMARY
The Content Coordinator directly supports the Learning Experience Architect (LEXA) by facilitating, monitoring and tracking the highly iterative and fast paced content build process across a variety of L&D content build projects. This requires setting priorities for and exerting influence on L&D team members, subject matter experts and projects sponsor(s) who are required to work together when creating learning interactions. He/she ensures interactions are completed on time in order to help the Service Manager and LEXA meet agreed upon service levels and project milestones.

The Content Coordinator is responsible for collecting the necessary learning requirements from the LEXA and coordinates the work of people involved to help the facilitated and non-facilitated design teams create many learning interactions simultaneously. He/She ensures the design, build, and deployment of learning interactions are completed through the application of the L&D ALEP (Agile Learning Experience Process) method. The Content Coordinator serves as an integral coordinator between the L&D team, the SMEs, and the specialized resources who build the content across many different projects at one time.

The content coordinator assumes a project management role to ensure rapid information flow and constant communication between team members while the learning interactions are often built in an asynchronous environment. He/She keeps the working teams running smoothly, with the goal of accelerating the cadence of work and helping each role focus on their area of responsibility. The Content Coordinator helps the team move forward, highlighting issues immediately and bringing the team together when necessary, so issues are resolved customer’s expectations of timeliness, quality and accuracy are exceeded.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with the Service Manager and Learning Experience Architect to coordinate the resources, tasks, and actions necessary to create outputs for each initiative.

Fosters valued relationships with customer subject matter experts and others team members to ensure transparency and collaborative working relationships exist on all specific task related deliverables.

Monitors all content development work across assigned teams and ensures the team is up to date on the progress of all outputs while providing updates to the LEXA and Service Manager.

Utilizes content tracking and productivity tools (Podio, MS Excel) to monitor, follow-up and report on deliverable progress. Ensure that stalled deliverables are flagged quickly. Proposes solutions by identifying gaps and recommending potential solutions to accelerating outputs.
