Our Merchant Security Product Team is looking to add a Professional Services Manager focused on enhancing the GTM and customer engagement for our fraud mitigation service.

Our team's mission is simple: protect customer data & mitigate transaction fraud.

The Professional Services Manager will focus on driving the success of our Fraud mitigation platform. The role will support customer sell-in activities and will be responsible for working with our customers to optimize the solution once deployed. The candidate will be customer facing and part of a product management team defining the next generation of security solutions for our merchants.

The Professional Services Manager is a mid-level position and the candidate must have an understanding of product development and management functions, as well as solid knowledge of industry practices. The candidate has full life cycle responsibilities for the assigned products, as well as vendor management, business and technical product management, competitive positioning, marketing concepts, and management of related systems for the product platform.

Responsibilities:

* Own responsibility for a product line, and possess endtoend responsibility for assigned product(s) lifecycle

* Develop strong roadmap and clear path for future product strategy

* Responsible for ensuring comprehensive and holistic requirements including but not limited to;

* Business perspective -- addressing market/merchant needs, capturing additional opportunities for Commerce Solutions and providing vigilant ROI

* Technical perspective -- ensuring proper integration with internal systems, efficient processing flow, future/forward thinking for integration and upgrade methodologies.

* Understand and explain from a technical perspective existing functionality, as well as future requirements, related to the assigned product(s)

* Participate in market research related to assigned product and/or product platform analysis

* Establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within competitive arena.

* Manage all incoming requests and provide data needed to build new products or enhance existing products

* Perform research and determine source of product issues. Work with appropriate resources to ensure timely an accurate resolution

* Organize and coordinate the actual research activities and assist in the resulting documentation of the findings

* Create and update product documentation used internally and externally to support and sell products

* Perform research and document results to create a business case that supports a proposed new product or existing product enhancement. Disburse information internally and externally in support of product initiatives

* Work with project management and development on new product rollouts and product enhancement releases

* Ability to manage a project in lieu of a project manager assignment, in some instances

* Establish market pricing, ensuring that merchants are being billed for all services rendered and monitor/track revenue results

* Work with Marketing to create product marketing collateral. Update and maintain marketing material

* Ensures compliance with all Association and governmental regulations

* Develop business plans, product marketing strategy, and forecasts for assigned product(s) or product line(s)

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field

* Minimum 5 years of product, project or related experience or equivalent experience in Technology and Product Management

* Experience with technical concepts and working with technical staff is preferred

* Familiarity with technology concepts and systems applied to the assigned products (Point of Sale, Gateway, Front-end processing, Back-end settlement systems, reporting tools, etc.)

* Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines

* Understanding of marketing and product positioning

* Understanding of basic negotiation skills and the ability to sell

* Able to read specs, traces and understand file formats

* Interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, partners and vendors

* Continually learn and evolve to meet the current needs of the end user

* Strong, detailoriented skills for planning and organizing

* Ability to apply analytical processes in researching and resolving issues

* Skill in understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service

* Ability to handle conflict well and work efficiently in stressful situations
