The analyst/business manager will act as a finance/accounting subject matter expert for our operations teams as well as a liaison between our operations teams and corporate stakeholders. Subjects will include AP, AR, lodging audit, homeowner accounting, purchasing systems, and property management systems (LMS). This position will also assist with administrative duties which might include assisting with property petty cash bank audits, tracking leads in Sales Force and tracking rental unit inventory for property management growth initiatives.

• Become the functional expert in the property management system (LMS) to assist the operations team with balancing guest ledgers
• Assist with tracking rental unit inventory and sales leads from property management growth initiatives
• Assist with month end close duties including managing journal entries, accruals, vendor reconciliations and review of department P&L's
• Work in various operating systems that include PeopleSoft, Sales Force, Coupa, Infogenesis
• Assist with facilitation of the budget and forecasting process including homeowner associations
• Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Assist hotel management with expense management through the use of budget check books
• Assist with audits of petty cash banks
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information
• Assist the Vice President of Hospitality and Director of Operations with projects as necessary
• Assist with Ad hoc projects as needed
