Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Representative for a Financial Company in Nashville, TN.

Job Description:

• Accurately performs financial transactions including but not limited to payments, loan assistance, bill pay assistance and various
  other products.
• Will walk candidates through an online application
• Perform outbound calls to customers for various campaigns.
• Adheres to company policies and strictly follows all company procedures
• Participates in ongoing learning and development
• Complies with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.

Pay and Hours:

• $13.50-$15.50/hr. depending on experience.
• Hours: Must have open availability but no overnight shifts.
