About this job
Our client is seeking contract recruiters to help with coordination of interviews, hiring, background documentations and applications for current and new employees.
Duties include:
- This person will be required to toggle between screens, manage an applicant tracking tool and understand the full cycle of recruiting.
- Candidate will be required to perform extensive data entry and coordination.
- This position will require strong computer skills and the ability to manage a calendar for hiring managers.
Required:
- 3+ years of recruiting, human resource or generalist experience required.
- Client will consider a candidate with a BS Degree in Business or HR and 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition or generalist experience.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience required with an AA degree
- Candidate must have 3 years experience working within an applicant tracking tool or HRIS program.
- Healthcare experience preferred, not required.
