ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Assembling menu items
2. Prepping all food items
3. Packaging the menu items
4. Portion control
5. Proper holding and storage of all food items
6. Taking out the trash
7. Assisting in front-of-house operations as necessary
8. Unpacking and storing incoming inventory orders
9. Reporting to management when equipment is malfunctioning
10. Cleaning the kitchen and storage areas
11. Cleaning and maintaining equipment

9. Ability to carry heavy items, such as 30 lb bags of produce
10. A team player
11. Basic math skills for counting
12. Sharp listening skills
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING GUIDELINES
Education: Must have the ability to read and write
Experience: Minimum 1 yr. experience within the quick-service restaurant industry
Preferred but not required.

responsibilities which may include the following:
- Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time
- Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. over head

- Reading and writing
