Technical Software Engineering Manager - Full-time

Are you a software engineer that loves to code but also enjoys contributing in a leadership or mentor role to other engineers? If so, we are the place for you.

As part of our Dish Grand Central office, we have the opportunity for engineering leaders to grow a team of software engineers who utilize exciting methodologies such as Test Driven Development and Pair Programming.  

In this position, you will continue to focus on high quality delivery of software but you will also grow your leadership and management skills as you mentor other software engineers and start influencing our engineering conventions.

You Have…

•   Solid experience in software engineering using multiple languages/frameworks
•   Passion to deliver
•   Great leadership characteristics to mentor other software engineers
•   Drive and confidence to confirm and/or recommend current conventions
•   Curiosity of open source frameworks/packages
•   Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
