Home Instead Senior Care Mechanicsburg is actively seeking a PART-TIME ON-CALL SUPERVISOR. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to answer in-bound phone calls during non-business hours, schedule shifts resulting from call-offs and provide caregiving services as needed to meet the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, professional and service minded. Patience and a supportive personality are necessary in this position when working with seniors. Effective communication skills and being detail oriented is a must.
