a Performance Coach, you will provide direct leadership, training and support to warehouse personnel in a distribution/logistics work area. You will support the area by handing the day-to-day operations and will work closely with the customer and our management teams to ensure their production needs are met and our efficiency goals are achieved by developing and motivating our team.
Must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
