Customer Service Representative - Relations

For this position we are working with "Group" which is a section of the company that provides Vision and Dental coverage to companies employees all over the world. The business cycle of this type of work is best described in three steps; Sales, Administration (entering of policy) and customer service or claims on those policies.

The Relations Department within the "Administration" step of the process is looking for a CSR I to work on setting up accounts after the sales and sales support group lands the business. Members of the "Relations" group are responsible for implementing and administering new partnering arrangements as well as being responsible for serving the policy holders in a variety of ways after initiation. The employee is given a very specific checklist to assure that all steps are taken in initiating an account.

Preferred: Experience in the insurance field
