Little Dealer Little Prices RV is Arizona's #1 Towable RV dealership. Recreational Vehicles are motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and pop-up campers. Experienced Automotive or RV Service and Parts Advisors are a plus, NOT required. Experience in auto, marine, RV, power sports, motorcycle or automotive are a plus, not required. Previous Service Advisor or Parts Counterperson experience and a proven track record of success are a plus! Qualified applicants must also possess exceptional customer service skills.

Some, not all Responsibilities:
- Promptly Greet customers always being friendly and respectful
- Schedule service appointments and collect vehicle information.
- Generate revenue and loyal customers with your sales skills.
- Clearly explain and enter in the computer, the requested service, and secure customer agreement prior to dispatch.
- Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repairs.
- Advise customer's on the proper care for their vehicle and the importance of proper maintenance.
- Communicate the need for additional service when needed, using a detailed explanation.
- Handle customer complaints, make people happy and maintain high CSI.
- Communicate Everyday - Check on the progress of the vehicle servicing and contact the customer.

Some, not all Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor Experience is a plus
