Prep Cook (Cook I)

Rogue Valley Manor is looking for an experienced prep cook. Ideal candidate should have 1-3 years professional experience in a high production, fast paced kitchen with quality standards in preparation and presentation, as well as be able to prepare soups, gravies, and basic sauces from scratch. Full time line experience required. Must have a current Oregon food handlers card to start and a valid OR driver's license insurable under the Manor insurance carrier.
