Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Topeka

I need a companion care provider (non smoker) for my mother in her 80s. She has short term memory impairment. We are looking for someone to work approximately 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except when one of her children is visiting. Duties include help with transportation to doctor appointments and to Rebound Physical Therapy, light meal preparation, some medication management, light housekeeping/laundry as needed, and errands such as grocery shopping, companionship, and social interaction. She has a small and elderly house dog, so she sometimes needs assist with vet appointments and dog medicine. Dog is gentle and friendly.
