20 miles south of Fort Worth

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, frequent overtime on Friday and Saturday

Work area is air conditioned

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform complete machine set up without assistance
• Diagnose process problems and make appropriate corrections
• Read and interpret precision measuring instruments
• Identify different materials, know the machining properties, use correct tooling and the required feeds and speeds
• Consistently work within a tolerance of +/- .001 ranges
• Trouble shoot and make edits in CNC programs
• Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GDT)
• Furnish your own precision measuring tools and hand tools
• Comply with safety policies and procedures
• Follow quality control standards
• Apply ISO standards
• Maintain a log at the machine, record alarms and issues, provide clear written and verbal communications at the end of your shift
• Accurately complete required paperwork

Experience / Skill Requirements:

• 5 or more years of CNC experience or completion of a 2 year machine shop certification course
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to do basic math
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and able to write simple notes
• Able and willing to pass a urine drug screen
• Clean background, Class C misdemeanors will be considered
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have consistently good attendance
• Must have a good attitude and work hard
• Must get along well with co-workers and enjoy being part of a team
• Must be able to stand continually during work
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds
• Must have steel toed shoes or boots
