CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES- Consumer Engagement Team:

  • Hours: 6:00A- 5:00P, 8 Hr Shift, Mon- Fri, 40 hours/ Week
  • $11.50/ Hour

Job Description:

Local Healthcare Group seeking 25 friendly and empathetic Customer Service Professionals to support a United Healthcare Group program for Medicaid patients. Representatives will be setting up mammogram appointments, providing scheduling services and scheduling follow up's for these elderly Medicaid patients. This is in support of the Preventative care outreach program (annual mammogram screening). These representatives need to be employees who are more customer focused and empathetic, rather than sales and numbers focused.

Job Duties:

Employees will be scheduling, handling appointments, and checking in on patient members Will be making outbound calls and will be working on a dialer. While these will be back to back calls to start, there will be 1 minute breaks between calls and as volume slows will not be as chaotic. Most representatives will be making 50-60 calls/ day on average.

Work Environment:

Call Center Environment, but very team oriented. Daily competitions/ games to reach goals are common with rewards and prizes for top reps. The team holds 'town halls' to discuss and issues and holds pot luck lunches/ dinners frequently. Very team and relationship minded group of people.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience Preferred
  • Customer Service in Retail or Call Center Environment Preferred
  • Must type 30-40 WPM, required to take typing assessment on site
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass 10 panel drug screen and 7 year background check before start dates
