Maintenance Technician

This role is a mechanical maintenance position on 2nd shift. What candidates can anticipate doing is doing a lot of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. They will be doing a lot of work on motors, pumps, gear boxes, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic components among other things.

On a typical day, a person can anticipate doing about 50% reactive maintenance and 50% proactive maintenance. They will be following a PM schedule when they do their preventative maintenance. Beyond the repairs mentioned above, candidates will need to have the knowledge of reading blueprints/schematics to make sure they are fixing issues to spec.

This position is a 2nd shift position. Candidates will train on days, before ultimately moving to an off shift. They are looking for someone with 1-3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

Pay is $18-19/hr depending on experience.
