Property Manager

We have a direct placement opportunity with a Apartment Complex in Virginia Beach. Our client is hiring for a Property Manager:

* Manage all operations of the community
* Supervise, train and motivate staff
* Prioritize, assign and monitor daily activities, service requests, and make-ready priorities, and renovation/construction projects.
* Create an atmosphere of cooperation, enthusiasm, service urgency, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and professionalism among staff members
* Supervise maintenance service request and personnel
* Achieve budget goals regarding occupancy, expenses, and net operating income.
* Ensure all invoices are processed and/or posted on a routine basis per company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5 years direct Property Management experience required.
* Supervisory experience
* Strong sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
* Strong written/oral communication skills.
* Working knowledge of eviction law and Fair Housing mandates.
* Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel AMSI preferred.
