ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.
* On-site installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of AutoChem instrumentation including infrared reaction profiling equipment, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography systems, laser crystallization monitoring equipment, and automated lab reactor systems
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
* Communicate customer issues with the sales and support teams on a routine basis
* Manage hardware and software projects with the ability to do so independently
* Prioritize, schedule, and track open service issues to satisfactory completion
* Feedback non-conformance issues for quality enhancements
* Manage field inventory through the use of a variety of software tools
* General software literacy and knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
* Effectively manage both time and territory in an independent manner
* Report scheduling, utilization, expense, and escalation as required
* Manage travel and expenses at or below budget
* Project a professional appearance and demeanor
* Maintains a professional appearance
* Inventory controls well established and maintained
* Willingness to travel in excess of 75%, that may include extended overnight trips.
