Service Technician

Company is seeking an experienced General Trades Carpenter to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for general maintenance and repair requests for commercial, medical and industrial customers. They will also need to coordinate with and manage mechanical and electrical tradespeople. This position requires quality workmanship and a customer focused attitude ensuring ongoing referrals and repeat business.

This small general contractor hopes to groom this person within 12 months to take on a superintendent role and more responsibility. Company has been steadily growing and needs good people who want a long term career.

Main skills that are necessary include:

*carpentry

*framing

*painting

*door installation

*basic electrical

*'jack of all trades' - if anything is too difficult on site they will outsource the job - not a big deal
