Packaging Technician

A rapidly growing Medical Parts Manufacturer is in need of 10 Packaging Technicians for their new state of the art plant in Lincolnshire. This is an evaluation hire position. The hours are Monday-Saturday on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with  pay rates  ranging from $12.00-$13.20 an hour depending on shift. Our clients offer a hands on training process, friendly team atmosphere, and a clean room environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Packaging Technician:

• Final inspection and sterilization of all medical parts
• Packaging orders to customer specifications and FDA regulations
• Printing product labels and labeling parts/orders
• Prepping orders for shipment
• Entering all processes completed before sending off to the Shipping department

Qualifications for a Packaging Technician:

• At least 6 months of experience working in a repetitive production role
• Familiarity with basic tools
• Able to read, speak and write in English and follow directions
• Team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proven work record of good attendance
