Account Manager
An exciting opportunity now exists to join DEFENDER, the only ADT-Authorized Premiere Provider for home security systems. We are searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Account Management professional to join our team.
Job Description – Account Manager
This position will have a primary responsibility of informing, modeling, and consulting costumers on ADT security systems for residential accounts. The Account Manager duties may include, but are not limited to:

Identifying, communicating and responding to opportunities that will impact sales and customer satisfaction with each customer

Building rapport, developing and expanding customer relationships with each customer by understanding individual requirements/expectations and meeting their needs

Visit the customer, alongside a systems installation technician and ensure expectations are met.
There is NO COLD CALLING or DOOR KNOCKING . The customers you are visiting with have purchased a promotional system and you meeting them with a system technician as your partner, to build out and install their system. You can expect to meet 2 customers a day, 5 days a week, all preset for you.

Responsibilities
The Account Manager/Security Sales associate will have a primary responsibility of informing, advising, and selling ADT security systems for preset residential accounts.
We’re looking for a professional who:

Ability to execute a vision, manages multiple priorities, and achieves results.

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle – mileage is reimbursed.

A satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screen will be required if an offer is made.
Qualifications
