PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our far North Dallas client in search of a motivated Senior Accountant to join their team! This is a Direct Hire opportunity!

Primary Responsibilities
  • The Senior Accountant will review and complete analysis of general ledger for accuracy of assigned properties.
  • Prepare payroll monthly entry and create analysis sheet to compare actual versus forecast.
  • Prepares monthly intercompany analysis and process required payments for AP.
  • Month-end close entries for all projects, including but not limited to fixed assets, prepaid accounts, accruals, cost reclassifications, etc
  • Prepares monthly draw reporting packages for management, follow-up on a regular basis to guarantee timely funding.
  • Prepares month-end bank and balance sheet reconciliations for all projects and accounts.
  • Performs related duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
  • Four year accounting or finance degree
  • Experience in multi-unit real estate/hospitality accounting environment preferred
  • 4+ years of full cycle accounting experience
