Relationships, Innovation & Performance.The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for answering incoming calls / completing outbound calls to / from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity.Primary Responsibilities: Fill prescriptions not requiring mixing Labeling and organizing patient specific documentation Work with the pharmacist to achieve customer expected delivery times Work together as a team to coordinate patient care Processing prescriptions (from intake to order completion) Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record

Requirements


Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 1+ years of customer service experience within a Pharmacy 1+ years of hospital or home infusion experience Clear and Active State of Florida Pharmacy Tech License Current PTCB National CertificationPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of USP797 Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application Experience with CPR+ Software Bilingual in English and Spanish Careers with AxelaCare.
