About this job
We are looking to hire entry level customer service representatives for an incredibly fast growing company. They are located in a beautiful building and we are looking for great candidates like you. The company is offering a great opportunity for career advancement to grow into management roles within a year of starting. We are looking to hire for 1st shift as well as 2nd shift and PT nights.
Job responsibilities
*Fielding inbound calls for two large telecommunications companies
*collecting past due payments for the companies to make sure their cable is turned back on
*Positions requires heavy data entry, and conflict resolution
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
*Customer Service Representatives must be strong communicators
*CSR must be skilled with MS Word and Excel
*Entry level role is excellent for reliable and motivated candidates
*Must have a good phone voice and be able to communicate well
*Customer Service Representative must live within a reasonable commute of the Danbury, CT area and have reliable transportation
*Must be able to prioritize.
*Strong typing and data entry skills are required for CSR- at least 40+ words per minute
*English and Spanish speaking roles are both available
*Supervisory and management roles are available for more advanced candidates
Compensation
*1st shift-12 per hour
*2nd shift-12.50 per hour. Once perm you will get a pay raise to 13.50
*Most full time employees make between 13-16 per hour
