JOB SUMMARY

Under the guidance of the Sr. Dir Enterprise Sales, our SP Enterprise Sales will be responsible for helping to plan, facilitate and optimize a variety of advertising and marketing solutions for Enterprise Sales customers. SP will provide support around the sale of Spectrum Reach advertising opportunities such as placements on cable television networks, and data enhanced sales solutions. Additional support includes coordinating meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and customer relations.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Work as directed by the Sr. Dir Enterprise Sales to maximize revenue, reduce client churn, enhance customer care and foster strong inter department relationships.
  • Prepare, schedule and optimize advertising executions associated with our unreserved advertising practice; work with key direct/indirect partners as required; communicate as required to attempt to deliver campaign goals and objectives and develop best schedule based on inventory usage of targeted networks.
  • Prepare, secure and analyze various inventory reports to optimize revenue across the Enterprise at direction of Sr. Director Enterprise Sales – Response Media.
  • Provide and support Sr. Director Enterprise Sales – Data with pre-campaign and post campaign research and analytics needed to sell data enhanced media programs.
  • Work with other departments as necessary to obtain information needed to prepare business tracking reports and communicate information as required.
  • Work with Marketing and Research to obtain research and qualitative information for use in packages and proposals. Collect, prepare, interpret and analyze research data reports and incorporate into presentations and summary reports.
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Share responsibility for driving an increase in revenue per client.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in a timely fashion and are pacing correctly.
  • Resolve any billing and reconciliation issues with clients as necessary.
  • Work as directed by the GVP Enterprise Sales to maximize revenue, reduce client churn, enhance customer care and foster strong inter department relationships.
  • Perform other administrative support duties as requested

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Knowledge of basic advertising principles
  • Knowledge of professional selling skills
  • Knowledge of cable television and internet/on-line products and services
  • Knowledge of Media traffic/inventory yield management
  • Knowledge of marketing research (i.e. Nielsen Research)
  • Knowledge of personal computer operation and software applications (i.e. cable billing system, Microsoft Office)
  • Proficient in producing presentations in PowerPoint
  • Strong math/analytical skills
  • Ability to meet and work within strict deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to listen and interpret the needs of the customer
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Proficient in Excel
