Staffmark is hiring for a full-time bookeeper and accounting assistant for our client in Hagerstown, MD, a non-profit organization with it's main office located in Washington, DC!
This is a full-time position and comes with the opportunity to get hired on full-time by our client!
As a bookeeper and accounting assistant, your job duties would include but not be limited to:
Processing donations and coding credit card reports
Processing bi-weekly payroll
Managing expenses and purchases, and preparing invoices
Making deposits
Managing files to prepare for audits
Other office duties when required

Requirements
-Proficient in Microsoft Exel
-Experience using QuickBooks
-At least 3-5 prior experience as a bookkeeper, accounts payable/receivable associate
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Prior experience with a small company or non-profit a plus!
