SENIOR TECHNICIAN is the first level of management in the service center.  In order to be qualified for this position, an individual must be certified appropriately through Super-Pro.  This person’s level of responsibility in the service center grows as they develop.  They will be able to open and close the store as well as learn the customer service position and be able to perform the Customer Service Advisor role.  They can also be the technical lead in performing extra services and helping with more challenging oil changes.  Senior Technicians also play an important role in training new and existing employees.
