Join us and start doing your life's best work.Manager for Client Operations is responsible for day to day management and service needs of Government Programs clients by ensuring accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of all operational aspects of contract. Requirements

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 4+ years of healthcare insurance experience 4+ years of business analysis experience with demonstrated ability to gather undefined or unclear requirements utilizing strong probing skills 2+ of work experience with PC based software programs and automated database management systems with the ability to learn new complex systems 2+ years of creating complex project plans involving multi-functional areas 1+ years of experience in implementation management2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) 1+ years of experience Relational databases using Microsoft Access to analyze and compare data 3+ years of management or leadership experiencePreferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (creating slide decks) Experience with dental insurance Familiarity with Facets systems and processes Solid understanding of ADA codes and general dental terminologySupervisory or Management experience ISET, Business Objects (Crystal Reports)Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skillsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
