Job Duties:
- Calling doctors, nurses, etc.
- Explain what the company needs form the Insurance Company/Physician offices in a quick and efficient manner
- Outbound and inbound calls (customer calling CSR back)
- Review of medical documents and notes
Qualifications:
- Customer service mind set
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- 2 years of experience working with medical processes such as gathering Prior-Authorizations, Referrals, and review of EOB's
- Flexibility, adaptable to change, energetic, positive way of thinking and thinking out side of the box, collector's mindset
- High School Diploma or GED
