About this job

Under the direct supervision of the Supplies Supervisor, the incumbent is primarily responsible for the inventory maintenance and management of all HME equipment, soft goods, disposable and internal products. Maintains warehouse inventory system assuring availability of stock and the accuracy of inventory and pricing information.
 
***This position will be 50% Warehouse Distribution and 50% Delivery***
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintenance of stock levels of all HME equipment, soft goods, disposables and internal products
Maintain cleaning room
Maintain and enter data into the computer system for all inventory items dispensed from the warehouse
Receive merchandise and supplies ordered, unpack and prepare for delivery to clients in a timely and accurate manner
Record conversion of equipment from purchase to rental inventory and maintain records, i.e., sterilizing
Consult with management regarding product changes when necessary
Adheres to OSHA guidelines and infection control procedures regarding blood borne pathogens
Assists with resolution of operational issues in coordination with management
Shipping and returns
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Must demonstrate knowledge of or ability to learn and apply to job functions those state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the operating unit
Excellent attention to detail, good computer skills, excellent written, verbal and math skills
Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record in good standing
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Home Medical equipment
1+ years of experience in Home Medical Equipment industry
