We work with Levi's Stadium and we are recruiting for several positions for all events at the stadium for the remainder of the year.
Concession Concierge: your role is to warmly greet guests as they prepare to order food, beverages or merchandise from one of the stands. You also play a critical role organizing, managing and expediting the lines at the concession stands. This role requires quick thinking, quick feet and plenty of patience. The benefit from this role to the guest's experience is not hard to guess: waiting in line is the number one irritation of being in a public space with so many people. By making the queuing process orderly, quick and friendly, you have a tremendous impact on our guests and their impression of Levi's Stadium.
Retail Merchandiser: your role is to warmly greet and assist guests as they search for items in the team store. You also play a critical role in keeping the store tidy, organized and appealing to customers. This role requires attention to detail, patience and customer service. The benefit from this role is to assist guests in obtaining items they are looking for quickly and efficiently.
Premium Club Expeditor: your role is to provide customer service and food expediting service to premium club guests. You also play a critical role in keeping the club tidy, free of trash and keeping the food fresh. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service and a friendly smile! The benefit from this role is to assist guests with anything they may need, making their club experience one of a kind.
