For more information, please visit Responsible for tracking and support of all marketing, advertising, and direct sales programs including (but not limited to): project plan management, tactical support for all marketing initiatives, direct channel liaison for all advertising, public relations, collateral, and New store opening marketing plans. This person will research, monitor and support all on-going marketing data, analysis and reporting, including (but not limited to), demographic data, advertising effectiveness, presentations, industry trends, sales analysis, and events results analysis. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent related experience/education
3 years sales or marketing experience; prior experience in wireless telecommunications industry is preferred
  • Manage local input for assigned region's New Store Opening marketing plans (Retail + TPR)
  • Manage event marketing responsibilities for assigned region's Mobile Showroom(s)
  • Manage local marketing plans for assigned sales territory & steward respective marketing budget
  • Manage local marketing plans for @Work Direct
  • Be Aware of Competitive Trends
  • Lead Multicultural & Seasonality Opportunities
  • South Central Area/Regional Involvement
  • Continue to maintain individual local market budget
  • Route monthly expenses for timely approval
  • Strategize quarterly around regional business trends/results
  • Track all marketing programs with recaps detailing results (traffic lift %, acts, leads, appointments, accessories) within 1 month of execution, communicate to leadership and key partners/participants
  • Build and leverage relationships with HQ, OEMs, regional teams, vendors, etc.
  • Develop and find new marketing concepts, grassroots opportunities, and/or sponsorship options
  • Steer field teams in best practices for owning their 3-mile radius
  • Assist Area Merchandising Lead
  • Develop your personal brand
  • Become involved in any Diversity and Inclusion Groups, if desired
  • Grow in-depth knowledge of the T-Mobile USA, Inc. business     
  • Work with Supervisor to attend any conferences to enhance overall Marketing knowledge
At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED.
