KEY HOLDER:
Our part-time Key Holder is all over responsibility. He/She must open and/or close the store while also making sure it runs flawlessly, especially when management’s not around or unavailable on the floor. Think of it as being, “second in command” when needed. The Key Holder will also look after the team and sales during their shift, while keeping tabs on merchandising, guest services and operational services.
SALES ASSOCIATE:
If you want to be at the beat of the Five Below pulse, our part-time Sales Associates get right in the middle of all store action. Perfect candidates have an undying passion for delivering amazing customer service, while also driving high sales results. Key traits include having amazing people and selling skills, keeping the floor stocked-up flawlessly and providing super smooth transactions at the register.
FREIGHT CREW LEADER:
Our part-time Freight Crew Leader needs to be super-duper supportive, especially when it comes to the store merchandise. He/she must lead the freight movement process and make sure the store is amped-up and well-equipped for the customer. Strong leaders should apply as this position requires high energy, lots of stockroom organization, and high floor moving skills. You are in physical control of the store.
FREIGHT CREW ASSOCIATE:
Our part-time Freight Crew Associate makes sure that an accurate amount of stock is taken care of awesomely. He/She also needs to be sure that merchandise is showed off correctly with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.
